Our Daphne finalist!

Congratulations to Brigade member Laurel Wanrow! Her SFR manuscript PASSAGES has been named a finalist in the paranormal category of the 2010 Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense. Final placements will be announced at the RWA National Conference in its shiny new venue in Orlando.

Thanks everyone! I have been so tied up with kid stuff and polishing my second round entry I haven't been back to the blog since I emailed Laurie. Thanks for posting it, Sharon. One note: the manuscript is complete (not a WIP) ... just in case any contest people or agents happen upon the post.
