The sci-fi imprint of HaperCollins, Harper Voyager, is taking unagented sci-fi and fantasy submissions October 1st through 14th. They are looking for manuscripts between 70,000 and 120,000 words. YA is accepted.
Previously published works will be considered if the author has retained rights.
