It's Not SFR or even SF, but...

... I'm excited that my backlist is almost all back out. Hope its okay to post here! Just one more book to go! This is being released first as an e-bundle and with special pricing AND a contest! Here's the scoop:

In addition to the reader-friendly price of the e-bundle ($9.99) the release coincides with my publisher’s Valentine’s sale at All Romance eBooks, so the bundle price (Feb 2-15) is $7.99 if you shop there or at the sister store, Omnilit!

And if that weren’t enough February love, my publisher is also having a contest to celebrate the release, with a Kindle and some other goodies, on the line! The contest will run until the 28th, but the sales runs out the 15th! Details on my website (contest page) or here:

About The Last Enemy: “Pauline B. Jones is back with another terrific tale that will make readers want to savor each and every line. More suspenseful than her first book, THE LAST ENEMY still contains a large element of humor that really spices up this dynamite novel." 4 & 1/2 Stars from Romantic Times (RT Reviewer’s Choice Winner)

About Byte Me: "Ms. Jones makes a large splash with each new book and BYTE ME is no exception. The intricate plot and compelling characters make this a nail-biting read." Four and one-half stars and a December Top Pick, Romantic Times Magazine

About Missing You: "This rounds out the marvelous Lonesome Lawmen Trilogy. The wonderful characters from previous books are back, making this a truly exciting, engaging read! Talented author Pauline Baird Jones' star is on the rise!"  4 1/2 stars! Romantic Times (RT Reviewers Choice winner)

A Different Genre

A special friend Christina Phillips is visiting my blog today. While it's true, she doesn't write SFR (or hasn't yet), she is a fan of our work. She has expressed a future interest in writing in our genre. She does at this time however write steamy erotic historicals for Berkeley Heat. She is sharing the excerpt and first chapter from her second book, Captive which launched on February 1. Christina and I have known each other since before either of us were published. And I will say here that I learned much from her about how to create erotic relationships. Her first book, Forbidden (yes, same title as mine-- though not intended) sold so well that she now has several more books under contract with Berkeley. So here's hoping some of her success will rub off!

If you have a chance, stop by and leave a comment. I'd love to see Brigaders there!

Yahoo Group for SFR Writers

Brigader Sara Rustan is opening a SFR mailing list (Yahoo group or loop) for other writers to talk about writing or what's going on in their current WIPs. Some may prefer this type of discussion be via a mailing list rather than on a public blog or forum.

Any SFR writers interested in joining the loop can find it here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sfr_writers/

Thanks, Sara, for creating the loop.

Sara also started a discussion in the SFR Brigade forums for those who may have questions or want additional information.
