Hailing On All Frequencies!

NEW RELEASES
Kim Knox has two books out this month. The first is GAMBIT, an SFR released with Carina Press on September 20th.


The second is PERFECTING NAIA, another SFR out with Ellora's Cave on September 23rd.


Barbara Elsborg has THE SMALL PRINT, a paranormal romance with a SF twist, coming out from Ellora's Cave on October 1st.


Julia Rachel Barrett's ONE FOUR ALL, has just been released with Siren Bookstrand on September 23rd.
Julia Rachel Barrett also has four other SFR books out in the Daughters of Peresphone series- EXILE (Bk 1), RETURN (Bk 2), were released in one volume in July, by Resplendence Publishing.


REBORN (Bk 3) & DEMON (Bk 4) have been release as one volume in September by Resplendence Publishing.

MEMBERS NEWS
Marva Dasef has just posted a trailer of ULTIMATE DUTY, her SFR book, up on YouTube or you can go to her website to view it. The book is due for release from Eternal Press on November 7th.

Francis Pauli's short story, Complicated Cargo, is a finalist in the All Romance Ebooks Just One Bite contest. The voting starts today (Oct.1st) and goes in five rounds.

BOOK REVIEWS, SIGNINGS & GIVE-AWAYS. 
Jodie Wallace is moderating a romance novelist panel at the Southern Festival of Books on October 10, 2010, in Nashville, TN, followed by a book signing. She believes she may be the only SFR author on the panel and would love any SFRBrigaders to make themselves known on the day. More details here.

Erica Hayes was a guest at the Romance Writers of Australia blog this week. She was there to promote POISON KISSED, her latest book in the Shadowfae Chronicles. But she also gave some great advice in her post titled "Too Many Notes: How to Fix Overwriting".

Scientists say they've discovered a planet 20 light years from Earth that could be habitable - Gliese 581g! The article, Found: A Planet We Might Survive On, is from the Australian newspaper, the Sydney Morning Herald.
